Bio

Arseni Sadykov  was born in 1989 in Polotsk.

After having successfully graduated from Polotsk School of Arts (class of Irina Larionova and Kseniya Pogorelaya) and Novopolotsk Musical College (Class of Nataliya Kushnaryova), Arseni is accepted to the Belarusian State Academy of Music in 2009 (class of proff. Valeriy Shatskiy)

In 2015 he wins in multi-stage international casting and becomes a soloist in the world-famous band “Spark – the classical band,” winner of the ECHO (European equivalent of the famous American Grammy Award) -2011, Berlin, Germany. Since 2018 Sadykov starts to experimenting with electronic music and composition. He created a new concept of performance based on elements of techno , minimal and ambient. His 2019 tribute to electronics had a great success by musical venues in Europe.

Then he made his Bachelor Degree in C.Monteverdi Consevatory in Bolzano, Italy ( by proff.Davide Cabassi). And currently he is making his PhD Degree in “Hochschule für Musik F.Liszt” Weimar ( by Prof.Gerlinde Otto)

2010 –  laureate of the radio-contest of Belarus National State TV and Radio “Belarusian Young Talents”, in “Instrumental Music” nomination.

2011- Special Award in the 7th International Franz Liszt Piano Competition Weimar-Bayreuth(Germany)

2012 – 3rd place in the “Giuliano Pecar” International Piano Competition ( Gorizia,Italy)

2013 – 4th place in the Epinal International Piano Competition (Epinal,France)

2014 – 1st place in the “Neue Sterne” International Piano Competition (Wernigerode,Harz,Germany)

2015 –  1st place in the “Lagny-sur-Marne” International Piano Competition (Lagny-sur-Marne , France)

Solo concerts of the young pianist were successful in Europe and Asia. He frequently toures throughout Belarus. 

In June 2011 he took part in the International Festival “Musica Mundi”, in the concerts together with  Ivry Gitlys, Maksim Vengerov, Itamar Golan, Steven Isserlis.
